The founder of Happiness Ice Cream Co. came to us with an ice cream dream. An organic homemade ice cream company built around a unique menu of flavors – like lavender honey, lemon cookies, and banana foster.
Within the brand discovery and strategy process, we started shaping a brand experience that would stir an emotional connection, reminding a customer of the warm carefree summer days of their youth. The visual aesthetic was important and needed to set the tone of the brand – feeling impactful, friendly, and handcrafted, just like the product itself.
Our strategy was carefully mixed into a visual brand with bright colors, a playful vintage-styled script, and a unique illustration of a girl on a bike with her ice cream cone dripping in the wind.
Core messaging was centered around “serving smiles by the scoop” and we added to the customer experience with colorful menus, gift cards, and packaging details.
