Responsible for creating action plans and delegating project needs throughout the team and/or assisting when necessary.  Our Project Manager ensures that everyone else in the Outlaw family is working together to meet deadlines, and that, above all, we are all taking the best possible care of our customers.

As the Project Assistant, you will be working with Sasha to define a project’s objectives, create actionable steps, set schedules and help oversee each project. 

YOU'RE A (SWEET) BULLDOG

As a Project Assistant you'll be responsible for managing both inquiry emails and client emails for Outlaw Creative. And although you will have a team backing you - it will be your duty to make a plan, reinforce timelines and ultimately deliver. 


ORGANIZATION IS YOUR MIDDLE NAME

Business management is in your blood.  You love organization, planning, and taking action.

We use a program management system called, Asana. You will be responsible for creating new project boards, specific task lists, scheduling alerts, and so on, to keep the team on target.


YOU LIKE TO COMMUNICATE AND FIND SOLUTIONS

As Sasha's right hand person you're the one I will process aloud with, talk overall (project and business) strategy, revenue streams, high-touch marketing, and much more.  I need someone to be able to take my big dreams and help define goals, and implement action plans.

YOU DON'T LIKE SITTING STILL

Now, don't get me wrong - this is a virtual job posting and you could be lounging by the pool, or curled up in your pajamas at 3pm for all I care, but this job is filled with a lot of different tasks that will keep you "on your feet."  And each day could look a little different.

YOU DON'T DO "DIRECT"

We play from the heart, but to be honest things can get a lot more emotional this way - but so much more worth it.   Regardless, the team is encouraged at all times to be respectful, supportive, and direct.  If you ever come across anything concerning to Outlaw; whether it's a better creative approach, a refinement to a process, etc., you are asked to speak up immediately.   Open-communication is imperative.

If you haven't picked up on it yet, we're a tight knit crew!  We're like family - and you'll be treated as such.  We have independent tasks and goals but ultimately we're all working together to take Outlaw Creative to the next level.

YOU NEED CONSTANT DIRECTION OR YOU CAN'T HANDLE DEADLINES

We are a rapidly growing team - Yay!  But, this means all hands are on deck all the time!  After the training period you'll be let loose to do what you do best.   After presenting strategies and ideas to the team you will receive independent tasks for the week/month/quarter... And it will be your responsibility to envision a plan of action, ask for (other team members) help or collaborative, and hold to a specific timeline.  Production quality and the ability to meet deadlines are extremely important here.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

If you are looking for a full-time position with a plethora of benefits, we have those big dreams too (think health insurance, company retreats, retirement plans...)!!  But, unfortunately we're not there, yet.

This is a virtual part-time "as needed" position that we currently estimate starting at about 5+ hours/week and growing into part time.  Hours are flexible, but set/consistent.

Estimated hourly rate is determined by experience. And will be negotiated in the last round of the application process.

SCHEDULE

We are looking for someone with a semi-flexible schedule.  Although we would ideally like this person to be able to work during the morning hours somewhere between 9am - 2pm (CT) we are flexible in seeing what might work best for you.  It is important to note that this position will have regular meetings with Sasha to review weekly objectives, goals, and what projects lay on the horizon.

After finishing my project I feel like you guys have completely left me stranded.  I have no idea how to navigate the "back-end" if that's what it's called and even though I feel like I have been handed a perfect site (I seriously love it!)  I am really starting to get frustrated that I cannot seem to manage the content myself.  I spent the entire weekend trying to update one thing and still feel like I have messed it up!!!  Please help!
